Most People Say African-Americans Have the Resources to Take Care of Their People Themselves - So Black People Should Work With the U.S. Government to Utilize AARS Programs to Serve That Purpose - African-Americans have Sacrificed Suffered and Contributed Much More Than all the Others Who Already Got Reparations! So to Correct That Grave Injustice The U.S. Government Should Ratify AARS ASAP!!
